My name is Clare Whyte and I am Nicola’s younger sister as I am sure you can tell! I am 43 years old. I enjoy reading, baking, attempting to surf, walking and spending time with my family. I have three children that keep me on my toes, a teenager, one at college and one at university.

I have worked in the NHS for over 10 years and I am very passionate about providing an outstanding patient experience. I have managed appointment booking centres, specific specialities, been the ERS lead for a Trust, been a pathway Co-ordinator, an outpatient receptionist and a ward clerk. I have also been heavily involved in 18 weeks RTT during this time.  Over these 10 years, I have worked my way up from a Band 2 to a Band 8A and I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge of how I did this.
